Plan for the Day (Itinerary)

Day 1:

  • 12:00–12:30 pm: Pickup from your hotel in Chiang Mai. Meet your friendly guide and start the scenic drive to the mountains.

  • Drive through local markets: Stop briefly at a bustling local market to stretch your legs and see everyday Thai life.

  • Mountain drive: Continue along winding roads through the northern Thai mountains, enjoying beautiful landscapes and views of the countryside.

  • Hill tribe village transfer: Arrive at a Karen hill tribe village and transfer to an off-road vehicle for the final 5 km into the jungle sanctuary.

  • Change into mahout uniforms: Dress like a traditional elephant caretaker, ready for your hands-on experience.

  • Elephant introduction: Meet your elephant companions and learn about their stories, personalities, and natural behaviors.

  • Feeding and play: Spend time feeding bananas and sugarcane to the baby elephants, take photos, and interact safely under guidance.
